Katherine Bettis is an artist whose specialty lies in the world of cartoons. “I was practicing drawing birds,” she says, “and it turned into this comic strip.”
Katherine and I met last year in the Zoom-boxed halls of the London Writing Salon where she uses the daily Writers’ Hour to brainstorm and write cartoons.
Katherine publishes “A Cartoon Every Thursday,” a weekly newsletter and her comic strips have been featured in bored panda.
In this month’s micro interview, Katherine talks about gas stations and baby goats. Read on!
Welcome to the mashup’s micro-interview! Answers can be any length, but the total word count—including my 8 questions—can’t exceed 100 words.
Where do you get ideas?
I start with a random word generator and add silliness.
