Chelsey, who currently lives in France, considers herself an “accidental expat.” We were first introduced in cyberspace, where we’re both members of London Writers Salon, a worldwide writing community.
Chelsey publishes The French Dispatch, a microblog featuring prose poems, micro-essays and more. She’s also a tarot-informed creativity coach, offering creative workshops and prompts for writers.
Her new book, The Tarot Spreads Yearbook, will be published in April 2023 and is now available for pre-order.
In this month’s micro interview, Chelsey shares her dream vacation and gives us a peek at the kids.
Welcome to the mashup’s micro-interview! Answers can be any length, but the total word count—including my 8 questions—can’t exceed 100 words.

Tell us about your creative workshops
I use tarot cards to help writers, artists, and creative business-owners generate ideas & get unblocked. Depending on the workshop, we may brainstorm about story arcs, develop tarot-inspired poems, or get in touch with themes that inspire us.

Woo two legends collabing again. Thanks so much for bringing such lovely, talented people into your space so we can learn more about them in a fun, clever, entertaining format 🧡
I LOVE the structure of your blog, with the 100 words. Playing on this word limit with interviews is really clever, too. Do you have more interviews? I really like the idea and would love to see more examples of micro-interviews.
